I have worked with Solutions Staffing for over two years, and they have been my best employer by far. It has been such a treat dealing with people who genuinely care about me as a person as well as an employee. The office staff have gone above and beyond many times to ensure that my schedule is what I want, and that my stay at locations is worry-free. All the many hospitals I've been to have had great things to say about the Solutions nurses they have come into contact with, and treated me very well. It says something about the company I work for, when every place I’ve gone to has staff who are greatly appreciative of me being there. I have been to at least six different hospitals with Solutions, and have been impressed with the organization and care given to me with every single posting. I can’t wait for my next assignment!

I have found Solutions Staffing to be very helpful and accommodating to fit my schedule as much as possible. The whole process seems to run smooth with someone to book the assignments, someone to arrange travel and another to provide all the paperwork. Everything is basically handed to me and I just show up and it happens. Good internet connections are key to keep in touch successfully with the staff. I have found solutions provided housing to be more comfortable than hospital provided housing, but generally livable with the basics.
Overall, my experience with staff at Solutions has been wonderful. They are all super nice, informative and more than willing to answer questions and be of assistance wherever needed throughout the whole process of assignment. I would recommend Solutions to my friends (two of which have already signed up!)
Assignments have given me the freedom to explore areas that I would not usually be going to on a vacation. There are many beautiful areas in Canada... and time off is spent walking around the town and surrounding areas hiking and exploring. Solutions assignments have allowed me to not only broaden my scope and flexibility as a nurse, but to make me a more confident nurse to be able to handle a variety of situations and to make good decisions for patient care. I am really proud of how I have seen growth in my practice! ~ Mel
